DELIVERY
Delivery time provided is a guideline only, and does not take into account possible delays that may arise due to payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days with the exception of sale periods where it may take up to 3-5 working days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and may vary sometimes due to factors beyond our control. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including pin code and a mobile number. We cannot initiate a refund if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
All orders should take about 7 working days for delivery from the date of purchase. Further information on the order status can be provided by our customer care upon request.

I have received a damaged item
In case of any damaged items delivered, please notify within 72 hours of receiving the shipment, write to us at sales@cc.store Please share images of the product along with shipping label in your email & mention order.

After receiving images of your damaged product, our representative will get in touch with you to confirm the damage & refund. The same will be initiated & completed with 7-10 working days.
